WATERFALL, TEMPLE AND
SPICE TOUR IN GOA
The drive up the hairpin bends of the Western Ghats to a height of about
2000 feet above sea level takes you to the crest of the spectacular Dudhsagar
Waterfalls.
Drive along a dirt track, through rocky streams, pass monkeys swinging from
trees and village women doing the family washing, till you get to the base.
A careful walk along weather worn logs and you are at the point where the
603 metre gushing fall of water culminates in a placid crystal clear pool
at the bottom of the falls.
The perfect spot for a swim in the cool waters. Smooth boulders and huge trees
offer the ideal setting to tuck into your picnic lunch while the monkeys look
on waiting for some tidbits.
