JUNGLE TOUR IN GOA

DAY 01

Goa a destination where East meets West today has come to a dramatic change with the hectic tourists influence along its West Coast.

In order to experience “Traditional Goa”, you will travel to the East with stops at interesting sites, and into the jungle where you can see how the people make use of natural surroundings for their existence and live in bliss and harmony till you meet with Shanti.

“Shanti”- She is a tiny hamlet constructed on primitive lines with huts, complete with private showers and WC. Shanti is located in the core of the Bhagwan Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary.

On arrival at Shanti, check into your huts and have a buffet lunch. Take a break! Bask or swim with the elephant in the silence of the forest. Ride the bull o cart to the Hillbillies Hamlet, to mingle and experience their lifestyle.(Please Note: The bull and Elephant are animals and not articles, they could fall sick or refuse to co-operate, in such case we shall not accept any compensation claims.)After a scrumptious dinner around the cracking bonfire, a nature trail with fire torches “a la phantom style” ends at the man made wonder of Goa early to bed.

(Optional at extra cost, rejuvenate yourself with an ayurvedic massage and absorb the herbal goodness of a hot herbal bath),

DAY 02

To toast a new day a little stretch of light yoga exercise near the temple will put you in the mood for a traditional Goan breakfast. Check out, put your boots and walk through the dense jungle. Depart Shanti to the award winning Spice plantation.

After lunch which is served in a traditional manner on banana leaves, begins the knowledgeable tour of the plantation with your humorous guide. This plantation is renowned for its unique spices not grown in plenty all at one location elsewhere in Goa.

Besides, the plantation is one of the few in which ‘Organic Fertilizer’ is solely used. Grown here in vast quantities are a lot of Plantation, Commercial, Horticulture, Forage crops and grass, Condiments & Spices, Medicinal & Aromatic plants and a lot of Ornamental plants which will be a treat to your eyes.
